Cassie waa great! It was very busy in the shop, but she was attentive, took her time and answered all my questions. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. I'll definitely be back!

Meineke in Concord, NC damaged my vehicle while being serviced. He acknowledged the damage, I was nice and he said to drop off estimate. I did so and now there ghosting me. I even received a text message with service done and a pic of damage done. I now have to take them to court to get my vehicle repaired. This is not honesty and business with integrity. The manager acknowledged the damage, showed it to me, and asked for estimate to pay. What changed? Concord Police are still investigating and hopefully will charge someone .so please do not patronize this business. Businesses need to pay for there mistakes, not the customer

Had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center. I recently had my engine gasket seal replaced along with multiple fluid flushes, and everything was handled professionally. Josh was helpful, communication was good, and my car is running better afterward. Appreciate the quality service — definitely recommend!

I called Saturday morning in need of an oil change due to another company failing to honor their online scheduling agreement the night prior. I called seeking information on their oil changes and cost. Josh was so helpful on my inquiry, his professionalism and dedication was reassuring that we jump out of bed and headed down. When we arrived, Josh greeted us and simply asked how he could help. I mentioned I called in about an oil change and he knew immediately, I was the one who called in. The entire interaction with Josh and the other Meineke techs was such a breathing fresh air. The details in the report, the pictures, how in depth Josh explained everything to us so we knew what to expect and to look out for when certain parts were due. Hands down the BEST OUK CHNAGE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!! Number saved to contacts as MY CAR GUY!!! Thank You so much JOSH!!!!!!

Josh was absolutely awesome. Best customer service Iv ever had at any auto shop. He was able to get a car I had lost hop in with nearly 200k on it running back to like new. His knowledge on on my specific vehicle and 12years of experience on just my car alone. Was a breath of fresh air! Josh is a really cool store manager for this Meineke location. And I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. He is the best.
